Private mentorship (The Sovereign Renewal)
Group programmes (The Renewal)
Monthly membership (The Renewal Brotherhood)
Weekend retreats (The Renewal Retreat)
Digital resources, courses, and community access
All services are provided by Fredrik Lyhagen and Transformation Within.
3. Eligibility
Our services are intended for adults aged 18 and over. By using our services, you confirm that you meet this age requirement.
4. Registration and Application
Certain services require an application and discovery call. We reserve the right to accept or decline applications at our discretion to ensure appropriate fit and group safety.
5. Payments and Pricing
Fees:
All prices are listed in euros (EUR) or US dollars (USD) as indicated
VAT will be added where applicable
Payment plans are available for select programmes
Payment Processing:
Payments are processed securely through third-party providers
By submitting payment, you authorise us to charge the agreed amount
Refunds:
Membership: Cancel anytime. No refunds for partial months
Group Programme & Private Mentorship: Non-refundable after the first session, subject to our satisfaction guarantee
Retreats: Deposits are non-refundable. Full payment is required [X] days before the retreat. Cancellations made [X] days or more in advance receive [X]% refund
6. Satisfaction Guarantee
If after the first session of The Renewal or The Sovereign Renewal you feel it's genuinely not the right fit, we will discuss options. This work requires commitment, and genuine transformation only happens when both parties are aligned.

7-day free trial available
Monthly subscription billed automatically
Cancel anytime with no penalty
Access ends at the end of the billing period
8. Intellectual Property
All content, materials, and resources provided through Transformation Within (including videos, guides, courses, and session materials) are the intellectual property of Fredrik Lyhagen and Transformation Within.
You may not:
Reproduce, distribute, or sell our materials
Share login credentials or resources with non-members
Record sessions without explicit permission
9. Confidentiality
Group Work:
What is shared in group sessions, retreats, and community spaces is confidential. Participants agree not to share others' personal information or stories outside the container.
Private Sessions:
One-to-one sessions are confidential, except where disclosure is required by law or to prevent harm.
10. Code of Conduct
Participants agree to:
Treat all members and facilitators with respect
Maintain confidentiality
Engage honestly and authentically
Refrain from harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behaviour
We reserve the right to remove anyone who violates this code without refund.
11. Limitation of Liability
Transformation Within provides coaching, mentorship, and educational services. We are not therapists, and our services are not a substitute for professional mental health treatment.
You agree that:

We are not liable for any decisions or actions you take based on our guidance
We are not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
Maximum Liability:
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service in question.
12. Health and Safety
If you have serious mental health concerns, trauma, or medical conditions, please consult appropriate professionals. While our work can be deeply transformative, it is not clinical treatment.
If you pose a risk to yourself or others, we reserve the right to discontinue services and recommend professional care.
13. Changes to Services
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our services at any time. We will provide reasonable notice of significant changes.
14. Communication
By providing your contact information, you consent to receive:
Service-related communications (confirmations, updates, reminders)
Marketing communications (with your consent, which you can withdraw anytime)
Communications may be sent via email, WhatsApp, or other agreed channels.
15. Governing Law
