As leaders we face the tension between safety and purpose

Your ability to positively impact your business is directly linked to the quality of conversations you have, and you can't relate to others greater than you can relate to yourself so to lead others you must first lead yourself.

In this programme you'll deepen your conversation with yourself.

You will first explore what has shaped you to be the person you are here and now and what you can learn from that.

With these insights you can identify strengths and weaknesses related to your life and leadership, but more importantly, you can explore what this points towards - what is truly meaningful to you?

With a sense of purpose you'll explore which personal core values you must honour on your path towards purpose and what life could look like if you fully step into your purpose, living your values.

From there we'll start to draw your vision back to here and now and you'll emerge from the programme with a 90-day action plan.

This 3-week program is based on Oxford Leadership’s Self-managing Leadership® (SML) Programme, one of the world’s most successful leadership development programmes, with over 900,000 participants to date.

The SML® program provides a powerful step-by- step framework for personal reflection, changing negative habits, making critical choices and bringing plans to life.

You will build inner resilience and shape your unique leadership signature - even if you’ve never thought of yourself as a leader before.

CLARITY - Identify your purpose, core values and vision so that your life and business are a true reflection of who you are today and what you aspire towards.

Prior to CORE module

Intake Call

In the week before the core programme we'll get on a 20 min Zoom call to talk about your context and slowly ease into the process that lies ahead. 

It's an opportunity for you to share so we can better support your individual journey, for you to clarify any questions or concerns and for us to set you up for maximising your experience.

As soon as your participation is confirmed you'll receive a link to book the session at your convenience. 

2. Core - 6 virtual Interactive sessions over 3 weeks

Self Managing Leadership® Model

The SML Model® is a ‘strategic’ planning tool and framework for leadership development.

It provides the right insights to identify strengths and weaknesses related to a leader, but more importantly, it explores the values and purpose that define a leader’s character as well as his or her vision.

This leads up to defining a 90-day action plan on a focused goal related to the vision and purpose in order to create the excitement and passion needed to drive change and stay focused during turbulent times.

FORMAT

  • 2 live sessions a week, on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 3pm CET, 9am EST
  • 3 hours via Zoom with 30-minute break 
  • Plenary session and breakout session for intimacy and deep dialogue
  • Work with small groups and buddy system
  • Private Slack group to keep the momentum in between and after core sessions

3. coaching - individual SEssion to embed your learning in life

2- 4 weeks AFTER CORE  module

Individual Coaching

After the core module we'll meet for a 45 min individual coaching session to help you embed your experience in your leadership role.

It's an opportunity for you to receive support on your action plan, to co-create additional impactful changes and to go deeper embody your insights.

If you want to go deeper we also offer you to extend the coaching, and possibly combine with a leadership assessment for broadening the awareness.

4. tribe call - 90 days after the core module

90 day AFTER CORE  module

Group Zoom call

You'll exit to core module with a 90-day action plan, a buddy to support you and whole tribe of new friendships, all committed to transform within and create the change they desire.

90 days after the core module we meet again on a Zoom call to reconnect the tribe and share our stories of change, celebrate together and support each other as we step further on your inner journeys.
